Charming communal spaces with an inviting atmosphere.
I had a frustrating experience with the self-check-in process. The check-in was not well communicated, and when I arrived after hours, I found the door locked with no way to enter. I was left feeling anxious as I tried to reach someone for help but did not receive any prompt assistance from the staff.

The location and views were absolutely stunning! 🌅 Just be aware that the breakfast options were a bit basic, and the bathroom cleanliness could be improved.

I was absolutely shocked to find I had to share a bathroom with other guests, who clearly have little regard for cleanliness. Not to mention, the check-in was an absolute disaster. I expected special treatment after such a long journey, but, alas. I almost wanted to give a good review, but I just couldn't.

The charming common areas provided a welcoming space to relax and interact with other guests, making the stay feel very homely.
Unfortunately, the soundproofing was quite poor, making it difficult to sleep at times due to noise from other guests and the elevator.

We loved exploring the nearby Eduardo VII Park, perfect for our little one to run around while we enjoyed the beautiful gardens. The room was clean, and the kids enjoyed the charming common areas where we engaged with fellow travelers.
In my wife’s opinion, having more family-friendly amenities would enhance the experience.

Family with children will love it
I was allowed to check in very early in the AM,, so I was especially appreciative of the warm welcome. The staff was extra helpful and friendly,, answered all my questions,, and truly made us feel at home.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but definitely acceptable considering the breakfast and overall experience.

Just a good pick for a short stay in Lisbon with good value. The old building charm added character to my room. Be ready to climb stairs if the elevator’s busy.
